【轉知】113學年度第2學期大學校院學生出國參加國際性學術技藝能競賽2024-10-30
有意申請者於113年11月7日(四)下午4時前提供推薦申請資料。
補助範圍:補助參加之國際競賽,其參賽組別最近三年參賽國家數,以平均在十國以上為原則。非屬國際性競賽、與高等教育無直接相關,或屬表演賽、邀請賽及觀摩賽等之國際性競賽,不 在補助範圍;設計類同一作品不得超過二人,並以一次為限。
補助對象及條件:具中華民國國籍,且於大學校院在學期間,代表學校實際參與國際競賽之學生,並符合作業要點第四點(一)或(二)款條件之一者。
申請團體競賽者,團隊成員皆須為本校在學學生,同一競賽、同一隊伍至多五人。
團隊成員中,如有成員不具中華民國國籍,團隊可提出申請,該名不具中華民國國籍仍需列於參賽學生名冊中,但該名學生不得申請教育部補助。

113學年度第二梯次國立陽明交通大學優秀學生攻讀雙聯學位獎學
金申請公告 *113年10月4日(五)下午5時截止 (逾時不候)*
一、 宗旨
國立陽明交通大學(以下簡稱本校)為提升高等教育品質,
培養及拓展學生之國際視野,使與國際學術接軌, 特設立本辦法鼓勵本校優秀學生出國攻讀雙聯學位。 二、 申請資格:
(一) 具中華民國國籍之本校在學學生。
(二) 出國攻讀雙聯學位前,已於本校就讀至少滿兩學期之在學學生。
(三) 申請人出國攻讀雙聯學位之學校須為與本校簽署雙聯合約之姐妹校。
三、獎學金種類:
(一) 每位學生每年獎學金至多35萬元。赴國外攻讀雙聯碩士學位者,
至多補助一年,攻讀雙聯學士及博士學位者,至多補助兩年。 實際錄取名額及金額得依當年度預算調整。 (二) 雙聯博士論文獎學金: 攻讀雙聯博士學位者,通過本校資格考後,
於國內就讀期間獎學金每月至多一萬元,至多補助兩年。 實際錄取名額及金額得依當年度預算調整。
四、 甄選方法: 本獎學金之審核由各系所推薦學生,
檢附相關文件由國際獎助學金委員會審查。 五、校內申請截止日期:113年10月4日(五)下午5時
六、 申請資料 (以下六項資料,皆請於線上系統完成填寫及上傳,帳號: 學號 / 密碼: 身分證字號)
(一) 申請表 (請於線上出國雙聯獎學金系統填寫)
(二) 歷年成績單(累計至112學年度上學期)
(三) 語言能力之相關證明 (申請時若尚未取得正式檢定成績單,可先繳交網路列印成績,
待收到正式成績單後再補繳) (四) 本校指導教授推薦函 (推薦函格式請於出國雙聯獎學金系統下載,
指導教授需於推薦信中敘明學生於出國雙聯期間後續指導過程與模式 ) (五) 姐妹校入學許可(申請時若入學申請尚在進行中,
尚未取得入學許可者,可請系所或學院提供相關說明佐證, 待收到正式入學許可後盡速補正) (六) 其他有利審查之文件
七、收件方式:申請者完成線上申請,列印上述之完整申請件後,
交由系所核章,並將核章後,於113/10/4 前完成申請表上傳,方完成申請程序。 八、 以下列各款情事之一者,不得申請本獎學金:
(一) 曾獲此獎學金但無故放棄資格者。
(二) 獲得其他政府之出國補助獎學金。
(三) 學生於同一學位在校期間曾獲此獎學金而重複申請。
九、 獲獎生之義務:
(一) 獲獎生辦理獎學金發放事宜,應檢具領據並繳交護照影本、
簽證影本、機票影本及獎學金合約書,合約書應設定連帶保證人。 若有違反合約書規定者,須繳回獎學金, 並由連帶保證人負連帶責任。 (二) 獎學金以兩階段模式發放: 核定後得請領總核定金額之80%,獲獎生於回國後,
檢具心得報告、國外大學畢業證書與學習履歷表送交國際事務處後, 得請領剩餘20%之獎學金。 (三) 赴國外就讀期間,應保有本校在學身份,
但因修業條件滿足而畢業者不在此限。 (四) 獲獎生須於修業年限內完成雙方學位,並提供國外學校畢業證書,
如未於修業年限內完成雙方學位,或未提供國外學校畢業證書者, 應返還全額獎學金。但因不可抗拒之因素無法完成學業者不在此限。 (五) 獲獎生於回國後應配合國際事務處參與相關國際化推廣活動。
十、其他相關事項:
(一) 獲獎生出國期間,其學業、
學籍及兵役之處理依本校學則及相關法令辦理。 (二) 學費繳交以及雙聯學位取得方式依兩校共同簽訂之雙聯學位合約辦理
。 (三) 獲獎生於回國後須檢具國外成績單,由其所就讀之學系認可後,
繳交至教務處註冊組依相關規定辦理學分登錄與成績抵免 (四) 獲獎生應自行購買足夠支付海外就讀國家消費水準之海外醫療及意外
保險。 出國研習期間發生之意外損害或疾病等支出及責任, 應由學生自行承擔。 (五) 本獎學金不得保留或延用(亦即本梯次獲獎生僅限於自2025年春
季學期起於姊妹校就讀) ,如為姊妹校的因素而導致不克前往,則不在此限。 十一、 本辦法由本校行政會議通過後實施,修正時亦同。

【Forward】Dual-Degree Scholarship for Outstanding Student for the 2025 Spring Semester (Only for Taiwanese students)2024-09-02
Application Deadline: 5:00 PM on Oct 4, 2024
I. Purpose
National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (referred to as the University hereinafter) aims to enhance the quality of higher education, foster and expand students' international perspectives, and align with international academic standards. To achieve this, the University has established these regulations to encourage outstanding students to pursue dual-degree programs abroad.
II. Eligibility
(1) Students enrolled at the University with Taiwan nationality.
(2) Students who have completed at least two semesters of study at the University before going abroad for a dual-degree program.
(3) The foreign institution where the applicant intends to pursue a dual-degree program must be a partner institution with the University.
III. Types of Scholarships
(1) Each student can receive a maximum scholarship of up to NT$350,000 per year. For those pursuing a dual-degree master's program abroad, the scholarship is granted for a maximum of one year. For dual-degree bachelor's and doctoral programs, the scholarship is granted for a maximum of two years. The actual number of scholarships and amounts may be adjusted based on the annual budget.
(2) Dual-Degree Doctoral Thesis Scholarship: For students pursuing a dual-degree doctoral program who pass the University's qualification examination, the scholarship is a maximum of NT$10,000 per month while studying in Taiwan, for a maximum of two years. The actual number of scholarships and amounts may be adjusted based on the annual budget.
IV. Selection Method
The selection of recipients for this scholarship is based on recommendations from departments, with the review conducted by the International Scholarships Committee.
V. Deadline for Applications: 5:00 PM on Oct. 4, 2024
VI. Application Documents (All six items below should be completed and uploaded through the online system with the following login credentials: ID: Student ID / Password: National ID Number)
(1) Application form (to be filled out on the Dual-Degree Scholarship System)
(2) Transcript of academic records (cumulative until the first semester of the 112th academic year)
(3) Proof of language proficiency (if official test scores are not available at the time of application, you may submit internet-printed scores and provide official scores when they are received)
(4) Letter of recommendation from the University's academic advisor (recommendation letter format can be downloaded from the Dual-Degree Scholarship System; the advisor should describe the student's future guidance and mentorship during the dual-degree period)
(5) Admission offer from the partner institution (if the admission process is still ongoing at the time of application, you can provide relevant explanations from your department or college and submit the official offer letter as soon as it is available)
(6) Any other documents that may support your application
VII. Submission Method: After completing the online application, applicants should print all required application materials, obtain departmental endorsements, and upload the completed application by Oct. 4, 2024.
VIII. The following circumstances disqualify applicants from applying for this scholarship:
(1) Previous recipients of this scholarship who relinquished the scholarship without a valid reason.
(2) Recipients of other government-funded study abroad scholarships.
(3) Students who have previously received this scholarship for the same degree program while enrolled at the University.
IX. Obligations of Scholarship Recipients:
(1) Scholarship recipients must provide receipts, a photocopy of their passport, visa, airfare ticket, and sign a scholarship contract for disbursement of the scholarship. The contract should designate a joint guarantor. In case of contract violations, the scholarship must be returned, and the joint guarantor will be held liable.
(2) Scholarships are disbursed in two stages: after approval, recipients may claim 80% of the total approved amount. After returning to Taiwan, recipients must provide a report of their experiences, a foreign university diploma, and a curriculum vitae to the Office of International Affairs to receive the remaining 20% of the scholarship.
(3) During the period of studying abroad, recipients must maintain their student status at the University, except for those who have met graduation requirements.
(4) Scholarship recipients must complete both degrees within the stipulated time frame and provide a diploma from the foreign university. Failure to complete both degrees within the stipulated time frame or failure to provide the foreign university diploma will require the full scholarship amount to be returned, except in cases of force majeure.
(5) After returning to Taiwan, scholarship recipients must participate in internationalization promotion activities in coordination with the Office of International Affairs.
X. Other Relevant Matters:
(1) During the scholarship recipients' study abroad period, matters related to their academics, enrollment, and military service shall be handled in accordance with the University's regulations and relevant laws.
(2) Tuition payments and the process for obtaining dual degrees shall be carried out in accordance with the dual-degree agreement jointly signed by both institutions.
(3) After returning to Taiwan, scholarship recipients must provide foreign transcripts, which, upon approval by their respective departments, will be submitted to the Registrar's Office for credit transfer and course exemptions as per the relevant regulations.
(4) Scholarship recipients are responsible for purchasing sufficient overseas medical and accident insurance to cover expenses and liabilities arising from accidents or illnesses during their overseas study.
(5) The scholarship cannot be retained or extended (meaning that scholarship recipients from this cycle are limited to studying at partner institutions starting from the spring semester of 2025). Failure to attend due to reasons related to the partner institutions will not be considered within this limit.
XI. These regulations shall be implemented after approval by the University's Administrative Council, and the same applies to any future amendments.
